Wordpress Theme Ports
There are many great website designs that are freely available online through several open licenses such as creative commons. I have taken some of these sharp pieces of other people’s work and ported them into a format compatible with the Wordpress blogging platform. Even though this might sound like a
copy and paste drill, don’t let yourself think that. Each template design I’ve ported required a rewrite of most of the semantic markup and integration of PHP functionality to support Wordpress’s flexibility and configurability.
